Shipping policy

Processing
Every order takes 2–3 business days to process, prepare, and pack. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Time
Delivery timelines begin after the 2–3 business day processing period.

For metro cities, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
For other cities and states, delivery usually takes 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the location and courier service.

Please note: Processing time and delivery time are separate. For example, an order to a metro city may take approximately 5–8 business days in total from the date the order is placed.

Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, write to us at FR@forbiddenreflections.com and we'll chase it down.

Packaging
Our mirrors are made of acrylic, so every piece is bubble-wrapped, corner-protected, and boxed to survive the journey.

Damaged deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product, and we'll sort it out.

Delays outside our control
We're not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
