Can I get a custom mirror made?

Yes. We ship custom mirrors up to 4 ft anywhere in India, and in Delhi NCR we can make them in any size. DM us on Instagram or email FR@forbiddenreflections.com and we'll share the design, price and timeline.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders take 2–3 business days to make and pack. After dispatch, delivery takes 3–5 business days in metro cities and 5–15 business days elsewhere. Custom mirror timelines depend on the design and are confirmed before we start.

What if my mirror arrives damaged?

We'll replace it at no cost. Send an unboxing video to FR@forbiddenreflections.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Can I return or exchange my mirror?

Every piece is made to order, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, and custom mirrors can't be returned. Damaged or wrong items are replaced.

Is it real glass? How do I clean it?

Some of our mirrors are real glass and some are acrylic. Clean with a soft microfibre cloth; on acrylic, avoid rough scrubbers and harsh glass cleaners.

How do I put it up, and how does the LED work?

Wall-hanging mirrors come with a hanging kit. Stick-on mirrors stick straight onto a clean, dry, smooth surface. The LED version runs on a plug-in adapter, so place it near a power socket.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Not right now. All orders are prepaid by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.
